"Features" ■ After automatically dispensing high-viscosity substances such as grease, it completely separates the grease remaining at the tip of the nozzle. ■ Using an air pressure source and a compact pneumatic valve, approximately 1cc of air is required for a single operation in standard conditions. Please open and close the valve once after the grease dispensing is complete. The nozzle weighs 45g, making it easy to mount on a robotic arm. ■ When performing automatic grease application with a robot, using this nozzle allows for the omission of movement in the Z direction, thereby reducing the tact time. ■ After discharge operation of grease, the grease remaining at the tip of a nozzle may soil a work or an equipment machine. GCN solves this problem. ■ After discharge, disconnect the nozzle grease. ■ You can also disconnect grease the size of a grain of rice. ■ Prevent contamination of machines.
