Cold working wet blast equipment

Wet blast processing, similar to cold working, uses water, resulting in minimal alteration and discoloration of the workpiece due to thermal shock. 【Features】 ○ Can process workpieces with grease without degreasing, allowing for the mixing of rust inhibitors, gloss agents, and chemical treatment agents in the liquid for secondary processing. ○ Can use abrasive materials without restrictions on fine particle size, and drying of the abrasive material is not required. ○ No drying of the compressed air used is necessary. ○ Surface smoothness and aesthetics are superior in wet processing under the same conditions. ○ No electrostatic phenomena occur on the workpiece or equipment, eliminating the risk of discharge (static electricity) shocks or explosions, making it possible to process magnesium, aluminum, and titanium materials. ○ Does not require investment in dust collection equipment or space. ○ Does not require special measures against dust, ensuring hygiene. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
