Vacuum emulsifier bottom mixer
**Features** - The bottom mixer consists of a circulation ultra blade mounted at the bottom of the vacuum emulsifying tank, a plate-shaped paddle blade attached to the upper lid, and a plate-shaped scraper blade. It is used for processing raw materials that are highly viscous and difficult to circulate vertically. - By using the circulation ultra blade to circulate the materials within the tank (from the bottom of the tank → external circulation bypass → top of the tank), a homogeneous emulsified product can be obtained.

Applications/Examples of results
【Circulation Ultra Blade】 The rotation of the blade generates cavitation, which draws in raw materials into the Circulation Ultra Blade, providing high shear force to enhance dispersion and emulsification, while circulating the emulsified raw materials externally. *For other standard specifications and options, please inquire via "Request for Information" or "Catalog Download."
