• Crusher
• Emulsifier/Disperser
• Mixer/agitator

**Features** - The bottom mixer consists of a circulation ultra blade mounted at the bottom of the vacuum emulsifying tank, a plate-shaped paddle blade attached to the upper lid, and a plate-shaped scraper blade. It is used for processing raw materials that are highly viscous and difficult to circulate vertically. - By using the circulation ultra blade to circulate the materials within the tank (from the bottom of the tank → external circulation bypass → top of the tank), a homogeneous emulsified product can be obtained.

【Features】 The combination mixer consists of a homomixer blade and a plate-type scraper blade mounted at the bottom of the vacuum emulsifying tank, and is used for processing raw materials with different dispersion and emulsification properties.

• Mixer/agitator

【Features】 The Ajihomo mixer consists of homo blades, paddle blades, and scraper blades. The emulsified materials circulated up and down by the homo blades are subjected to the shearing and dispersing forces of the paddle and scraper blades, allowing for the production of a homogeneous emulsion.

【Features】 The ultra mixer is composed of ultra blades mounted at the bottom of the vacuum emulsifying tank, paddle blades attached to the top cover, and scraper blades. Compared to the homomixer blades of a standard agitator, it has a stronger shear force, making it effective for processing raw materials containing powders and high-viscosity materials. Additionally, since the ultra blades are installed at the bottom of the tank, it is also capable of processing small quantities of raw materials.
