**Principles of Cleaning** 1. Unlike air cleaning with nitrogen gas, dry ice powder removes dirt by colliding with it and using its momentum to peel it away. 2. Liquid CO2 is an excellent solvent and has the effect of breaking down organic materials when it comes into contact with oily dirt. 3. When dry ice powder that has penetrated into the crevices of dirt vaporizes, its volume expands rapidly, allowing it to scatter the dirt. 4.
