●Compact and High Rigidity The KLM46 adopts the high-rigidity compact series SKR's inner structure, designed to withstand overhang loads, and achieves compactness and high rigidity by placing the stator (magnet) on its base. The load ball array in the inner block is arranged at a contact angle of 45 degrees, resulting in a four-direction (radial, reverse radial, lateral) equal load structure. It is a compact and high-rigidity linear motor actuator. ●Low Noise and Low Dust Generation The combination of a linear motor and LM guide with ball retainers enables low noise and low dust generation during operation. ●High Speed and High Acceleration/Deceleration The KLM46, utilizing a linear motor, can operate at a maximum speed of 2 meters per second and with an acceleration/deceleration of 2G. ●High Precision Positioning The KLM46 employs a high-rigidity U-shaped cross-section outer rail that has undergone hardening treatment, achieving high positioning accuracy in combination with full closed-loop control using an optical linear encoder. ●Smooth Motion with Low-Speed Ripple The KLM46 utilizes a linear motor with a core.
