●High Precision The precision stage A/AX uses low-profile LM guide SR with precision-ground cross-section height, achieving high-precision guidance through a multi-constrained structure. ●Built-Up Type Instead of the conventional combination of dedicated saddles for XY, the stroke can be freely selected by combining single-axis stages. ●Long-Term High Precision Maintenance The guide mechanism uses reliable LM guides, ensuring long-term precision life. Additionally, precision ball screws are used for the feed screws, allowing for accurate positioning without backlash. ●Rich Variations Standard strokes are available from 50mm to 500mm. A bellows type is also available. ●Stage Precision Selection According to Application The A/AX table allows for the selection of three types of stage precision to suit various applications.
