■As a NC data input/output device compatible with USB memory/LAN The LT330 is a DNC data server characterized by its compact size, easy operation, and low cost, connecting to NC machines that do not have data server functionality to perform high-speed DNC transfers of large program data and input/output of NC control machine memory. It can also be used independently as an NC data input/output device using USB memory. ■Compatible with USB flash memory USB memory can be used as an interchangeable external memory. Even in cases where laying LAN cables is difficult and a LAN environment is not established within the factory, large data transfers can be easily performed by using USB memory, similar to floppy disks or MO disks. ■FTP server/file sharing function NC programs created by CAD/CAM systems can be transferred at high speed via LAN and saved to the internal flash disk. ■Adoption of DiskOnModule for data disk The flash disk is a semiconductor disk that retains data even when the power is turned off, and it has high durability against vibration, heat, and electrical noise, allowing safe DNC operation and data input/output even in harsh working conditions.
