Copper plates are ideal for use in high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-load conditions for preventing seizure and galling, sealing, and initial lubrication in applications such as the tapping spouts (sliding nozzles, rotary nozzles) of blast furnaces and electric furnaces, lubrication of support rollers in rotary kilns and mills in cement and paper factories, as well as in petroleum refining, petrochemicals, ceramics, rubber, metal processing, textiles, automotive, power, heavy industry, plant engineering, and food factories, among others. Operating temperature range: -54°C to 982°C.

Copper plates are compounded with fine copper powder and graphite in refined mineral oil, thickened with an aluminum composite soap that excels in water washability, exhibiting excellent performance in low friction coefficient, enhanced oxidation resistance, as well as rust prevention and corrosion resistance.
