The complete terminal welding technology of Teflon cartridge heaters and the special technique for achieving complete adhesion at the mouth have been combined, integrating the heater body, non-heating section, and lead wire section within the sheath. ◆ By changing the support of Teflon, various heaters can be manufactured. ◆ Products over 6 units will require separate design. ◆ In addition, we also handle "U-shaped," "KSD heaters," "Ring L-type heaters," and "Ring S-type heaters." Features ● Due to the cartridge type (one side completely welded at the terminal due to our company's long-standing technology development), the lead wire is unidirectional, allowing for flexible installation orientation and shape. ● It can be used simply by immersing the entire sheath in liquid without considering the non-heating section, allowing for use with the minimum necessary liquid volume. ● The small diameter of the sheath makes it lightweight and allows for flexible design shapes. ● The material of the pipe inside the Teflon can be changed according to the application (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, niobium, etc.). ● It can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientations, and installation can be done by holding the lead wire section, making it easy to work with. ● The lead wire is long, allowing for remote operation.
