The Magnet Vice [Mag Vice for Cutting with Permanent Electromagnetic Chuck] is a magnet chuck of the permanent electromagnetic type made from permanent magnets, specifically neodymium and alnico magnets. It utilizes the characteristics of alnico magnets to control the ON/OFF function with electrical power, resulting in a super-strong permanent magnet chuck. It has a proven track record in various cutting processes, including five-sided machining, simultaneous machining of multiple parts, cutting of large workpieces using gantry-type machining centers, removal of scale from workpieces, die-sinking machining, groove cutting of round steel, and mold machining!
