High-speed photopolymerization machine 'From 4/From 4L' that achieves ultra-high speed.

Ultra-fast 3D printing with the light-based "From 4/Form 4L." By utilizing proprietary technology, it achieves a maximum printing speed of 100mm/h (80mm/h for Form 4L). ■ High-speed printing that defies common sense By adopting the unique technology "LFD," surface-based printing is made possible. → By curing layer by layer, printing can be done without depending on the printing surface. ■ Delicate expressiveness Achieves high-resolution and precise 3D printing with an XY axis resolution of 50µm (46µm for Form 4L). ■ Automatic post-print cleaning With improved solvent agitation functionality, printed items can be quickly and thoroughly cleaned. ■ Use of a wide range of functional materials Materials can be selected according to purpose and application. Material replacement is completed simply by swapping out the cartridge and resin tank.

"VoxelDance Additive" is software that can maximize the productivity of industrial 3D printers. *Demo available.

Can create beautiful shapes even with super engineering plastics! "CreatBot PEEK-250"

This 3D printer can create a wide range of materials, from general-purpose resins commonly used in 3D printing, such as PLA and ABS, to super engineering plastics like PEEK and PEI. To print with super engineering plastics, meticulous temperature management is required, and the PEEK-250 is designed with a focus on the structure of the nozzle, heat bed, and chamber heater to create an optimal environment for printing. ◆Features◆ - Three-layer structure of the housing The internal insulation material uses ceramic fibers that excel in heat resistance and fire resistance, effectively retaining heat inside the chamber. - Heat radiation prevention in the printing area By adopting a mirror-finished stainless steel inner wall, heat radiation is prevented, maintaining a stable high-temperature environment while allowing the chamber to heat up to 200°C. - High-temperature nozzle compatible with up to 480°C By using highly conductive copper, it can heat up to a maximum of 480°C. - Warping suppression build table Made of aerospace-grade high-quality aluminum, it can heat up to 200°C. By reducing the temperature difference between the extruded resin and the build table, it prevents rapid temperature drops in the material and suppresses warping.

Can PEEK and PPS be shaped to this extent!? The secret of "high interlayer strength" achieved with a compact 3D printer.
