[Technical Column Update] UV-C Resistant Cables for COVID-19 Measures
Recently, UV-C with a specific wavelength of 254nm has been used for sterilization as a preventive measure against the spread of the novel coronavirus. However, this UV-C is harmful to both objects and the human body, and it can degrade and damage materials, especially plastics.
