We will be exhibiting at the 'Japan Manufacturing World 2018 22nd Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition (M-Tech)!'
Aichi Sangyo Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the 22nd Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition (M-Tech) at the Japan Manufacturing World 2018, held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 20 (Wednesday) to June 22 (Friday), with the theme "The Future of Welding is Here!" This exhibition will be divided into a robot-equipped section and a manual operation section. In the robot-equipped section, we will demonstrate automatic welding using the new Arc TIG process announced this year by Fronius, a leading company in welding from Austria. Additionally, we will showcase a transportation demo using a magnet gripper with demagnetization functionality from MagSwitch in the U.S. for the pre-process of part handling, and for the post-process of grinding, we will demonstrate an automatic grinding device equipped with a control system developed independently by Aichi Sangyo. In the manual operation section, we will display and demonstrate the new lineup of compact high-performance arc welding machines, PWT, for welding experts from Fronius, as well as showcase magnetic tools from MagSwitch in the U.S. If you are planning to introduce welding machines or have any issues related to welding technology, please be sure to visit our booth.

Aichi Sangyo Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the "29th Japan International Machine Tool Fair" held at Tokyo Big Sight from November 1 (Thursday) to November 6 (Tuesday). We will demonstrate rough to finish machining using the high-performance, high-quality machining center C42U from the German company Harmle, which is recognized worldwide for its ability to easily and precisely machine difficult materials like Inconel at high speeds. Additionally, we will showcase a complete lineup of clamping solutions for 5-axis machining from the German company Lang, along with a demonstration of the "Robotrex," an automated transport and attachment automation system, making its debut at JIMTOF. Furthermore, we will display sample prints from the metal 3D printers of the German company SLM Solutions.
