However, teaching tasks for robots that are already operating on the production line require stopping the line, which leads to losses during that downtime. The efficiency of robot teaching is a crucial point in the introduction of industrial robots. Our company conducts comprehensive equipment simulations, interference checks, and cycle time verification using PSR (Process Simulate for Robotics) / ROBCAD. By progressing with an understanding of "movements and characteristics" from the design stage, we can not only satisfy customer specifications but also respond to lead times while keeping manufacturing costs down. Additionally, by loading offline data onto the actual machine for teaching corrections, we eliminate rework and can reduce on-site actual work hours by 25-30%.
