"Keiju TM" is a silicone rubber film created through our company's unique processing technology. We have developed a high-temperature grade in addition to the conventional grade. It can be repeatedly used in high-temperature environments (up to approximately 300°C). Since it is not disposable, it contributes to cost reduction and environmental impact reduction. Additionally, because it does not use non-woven fabric, there is no dust generation during the process. 【Features】 - The film is attached to a substrate, preventing stretching in the plane direction during pressing and suppressing lateral displacement of the workpiece. - It can accommodate thicknesses from ultra-thin 50μm to 500μm (with a substrate thickness of 25μm). - By adjusting the thickness and rubber hardness, fine-tuning of pressure and sinking amount is possible. - Being a composite material with a substrate, it has rigidity and good handling properties. - Adjustment of the surface texture of the rubber is also possible.

Fukui Canon Materials Co., Ltd. newly joined the Organic Solar Cell Technology Research Association (hereinafter referred to as RATO) on November 21, 2025 (Friday). RATO is an industry-academia collaboration organization that promotes the technological development and standardization of next-generation solar cells, including perovskite solar cells. Through our activities in this association, we will advance testing operations, evaluations, and analyses using various equipment, examine the applicability of our materials to organic solar cells, and aim for further improvement of our technological capabilities.
