Utilizing the "Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Monitoring Solution," a system that automatically monitors temperature and power abnormalities in freezers for storing COVID-19 vaccines, the Miura City Hall is implementing measures to prevent vaccine disposal. This initiative, which involves the introduction of a system that monitors both temperature and power, is one of the few of its kind in the country. <Purpose of Implementation> To monitor temperature and power abnormalities in freezers and ultra-low temperature freezers (deep freezers) storing COVID-19 vaccines, in order to prevent vaccine disposal accidents caused by power outages, equipment malfunctions, and human errors. <Results of Implementation> The system operated during power outages, allowing vaccines to be stored without compromising quality. Notice of LS-8800 Firmware Version Upgrade
In this version upgrade, additional features and fixes have been implemented. Please update the firmware. From this firmware version, there are two types of FPGA versions (for new FPGA and old FPGA). Support for the new FPGA starts from LS-8800-C S/N1515. Please note that installing the old firmware version 2.50 or earlier on the new FPGA LS-8800-C will not function properly. The firmware released from this version onwards supports both the new FPGA and the old FPGA. For the LS-8800-C, please use the standard version Ver.2.61 or the 1KHz version Ver.1.11 or later.
