We will be exhibiting at the Plant Maintenance Show.
We will be exhibiting at the Plant Maintenance Show (organized by the Japan Plant Maintenance Association and the Japan Management Association) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 18 to 20. The focus will be on pipeline inspection, which has seen an increase in inquiries recently, featuring the intelligent pig technology introduced from the U.S. Quest Integrity Group LLC. This technology contributes to the safety and peace of mind of our customers' facilities. Quest's inspection pigs are effective for small diameter pipelines (from 2 inches) and for pipelines with large curvature, such as those in heating furnaces. We also welcome any questions or requests regarding overall facility management, so please visit our booth.
From buildings and apartments to silos! Both delivery time and costs can be kept down!

Why not switch from traditional exterior wall inspections to drone inspections?

Drone Inspection: Inspections other than statutory inspections are also possible! What is drone inspection?
Drone inspections have been legally recognized as having the same level of accuracy as traditional sounding rod inspections due to the amendment of Article 12 of the Building Standards Act on April 1, 2022. In conventional inspection methods, workers conducted inspections using sounding rods or took images of the exterior walls from the ground with infrared cameras, analyzing the images for inspection. However, these methods resulted in prolonged investigation periods and made it impossible to inspect high-rise areas. With drone inspections, it is possible to inspect high-rise areas using drones equipped with infrared cameras. Additionally, by converting inspection points into thermographic images, it has become possible to identify abnormal areas based on temperature differences, allowing for the detection of defects in high or narrow spaces that were previously unobservable by human effort. (Features) - Capable of inspecting high-rise areas - Able to inspect without overlooking defects - No need for scaffolding or other equipment - Inspections can be completed in a short period - Reduction of fall accidents - Cost reduction

We have started handling UV-cut film.
We have started handling high-performance films that not only cut UV rays but also have IR cut (thermal insulation) capabilities. With a wide-area thermal insulation effect, it suppresses excessive temperature rise indoors and in vehicles, preventing deterioration of interiors and skin sunburn with a UV cut rate of 100%. The IR cut performance significantly improves air conditioning efficiency, leading to reduced energy costs. These films can be used not only in vehicles but also in buildings, making them versatile. Our sunblock films come in various options with different visible light transmittance rates to suit customer preferences, specifically ranging from 5% to 90%, suitable for rear seats and rear windows, as well as options that can be applied to windshields. All products are equipped with UV cut and IR cut functions. In addition to different transmittance rates, we also offer types with mirror finishes in our lineup.
Compared to traditional inspection methods, inspections can be completed in a shorter period!
