Introduction to μ-EXCEL used in the design of cooling mechanisms for hot press molds!

High-strength steel sheets (high-tensile) are rapidly increasing in use to improve fuel efficiency and safety in automobiles. Supporting the hot press forming technology, which is gaining attention as a processing and shaping technique, is the μ-EXCEL mold cooling plate. - Examination of the position, number, water volume, and press/cooling time of cooling pipes for hot press parts - Estimation of temperature rise due to the repeated insertion of new press parts during the hot press cooling process These calculations can be performed. Although it is a two-dimensional unsteady temperature analysis software using the finite element method, it does not allow for the design of three-dimensional detailed models. However, its easy operation, which requires no training and can be done in Excel, is beneficial in many design sites where immediate results are desired. The list price is 500,000 yen (250,000 yen for academic use), so please consider it with your remaining budget at the end of the fiscal year. We are open to consultations based on your budget! In addition to the μ-EXCEL series, we currently offer other products such as electromagnetic force plates, induction heating plates, thermal conductivity plates, and electrostatic field plates, as well as series for motor magnetization torque plates and induction machine plates.
