Notice of PHOTO-Series Update (Ver 9.4)
In April 2022, we released the latest version 9.4 of the "PHOTO-Series." PHOTO-Series is an electromagnetic field analysis software that balances high functionality with low cost. It is a self-developed simulation tool that can simulate various electromagnetic phenomena by combining its rich features for analysis. [Main Feature Additions] (1) Added scattering by a perfectly conducting sphere to WAVEω's Mie scattering, and expanded the dielectric constant of the scatterer to complex numbers. (2) VOLTBM now allows for the setting of floating conductors, and added iterative solution methods such as Bi-CGSTAB and GMRES. Additionally, with the introduction of the fast multipole method, it can now handle larger scale problems (hundreds of thousands of elements). (3) Added node current input for current input in MAGTZ.
