Traditionally, there have been many pull-out mechanisms utilizing the retractable function of slide rails, but there was a problem that they could not be easily pulled out when opened. Therefore, our company devised a solution different from the conventional method, which used the force of a spring directly in a linear direction for the retractable function of slide rails. The mechanism developed by AccuRide incorporates a roller part that applies pressure to a portion of the rail processed into an R shape, giving it a retractable function. We examined various shape patterns, selected the optimal one, and are currently supplying it as a custom product tailored to our customers' equipment. With this method, it can be easily pulled out, allowing you to take advantage of the benefit of being able to pull out various devices, such as office furniture drawers and grills for IH and gas cookers, which you want to be closed with a certain amount of force while still being easily pulled out.
Depending on the shape, wire processing is also possible! We have developed our own spring plug that serves the dual purpose of a nut and a plug!
