June 1 (Monday) Physical Property Evaluation and Fundamental Technology Seminar

In recent years, with the increase of poorly soluble compounds, the understanding of the solid-state properties of APIs and the importance of formulation design based on this understanding have become more significant in pharmaceutical development. This seminar will introduce the latest research findings on the characterization of amorphous solid dispersions (ASD), the relationship between the solid properties of APIs and tablet design, and formulation development approaches at the milligram scale. It will provide valuable insights for researchers in pharmaceutical companies involved in property evaluation, formulation research, and solubility enhancement, deepening their understanding of research and development and offering new technical hints. We would be delighted if you could participate. Guest Speakers (with consecutive interpretation) - Prof. Lynne S. Taylor (Purdue University) - Prof. Changquan Calvin Sun (Purdue University) - Dr. Daniel Treffer (MeltPrep GmbH) - Dr. Thomas Kendall (Technobis)
