We would like to introduce the benefits of installing the Micromag MM20 on a discharge machining machine as a case study!! The Micromag can filter steel materials from cutting fluids and remove very fine iron particles. By removing these fine particles, the liquid becomes cleaner, which reduces secondary sparks, significantly decreases energy consumption, and minimizes wire breakage, making the process even more efficient. The reduction in wire breakage and secondary sparks has led to a significant increase in the cutting speed of the machine, with test results showing improvements of 17% to 30%.

At this exhibition, we will showcase a wide range of products primarily from Europe and the United States, handled by our NK Works. Among these processing machines and peripheral equipment, we will particularly display carefully selected products suitable for turning operations. 【Highlights】 ■ Precision Diaphragm Chuck: Swiss Chuck Company (Switzerland) The air-driven diaphragm chuck 6VMCHP guarantees a top-level repeatability accuracy of less than 2μm. During clamping, the retracting function ensures a firm contact with the end stop, accommodating even the most stringent precision machining! ■ High-Precision Dead Center: Bruckner Company (Germany) Thanks to its unique "TOP-SEAL-SYSTEM" structure, the internal bearings are protected from coolant. This allows for full utilization of the machine's processing capabilities. The runout accuracy is achieved at 3μm for standard centers and within 2μm for special specifications.
