Case Study: Automation of Aseptic Preparation by Robots in Hospitals
We would like to introduce a case where the RIVA system has been adopted. Aseptic preparation of drugs such as infusions is one of the complex tasks in pharmacy. It was necessary to establish suitable conditions for production and select and implement appropriate technology for process automation. One of the important components is the Stäubli robot, and the RIVA production system has adopted the "Stäubli TX60L robot." It plays a central role in the production line, transporting products through various stations within the RIVA compounding cell. By making effective use of space, it enabled smooth three-shift production in the RIVA cell. 【Implementation Effects】 ■ Plays a central role in the production line ■ Transports products through various stations within the RIVA compounding cell ■ Effectively utilizes space, enabling smooth three-shift production in the RIVA cell

[Case Study: Food] Transportation of Dairy Product Cups
The case study introduced this time is from Choceňská mlékárna, a company located in the town of Choceň, 100 miles east of Prague, Czech Republic, which produces brands of spreads, yogurt, and curd cheese. Since its establishment about 90 years ago, the company has been committed to high quality standards and has implemented automation in mass production and more reliable production routes. Additionally, a new line has been designed and introduced to package popular dairy products in the Czech Republic at a speed of 20,000 units per hour. The six Stäubli robots that were introduced have greatly contributed to improving production flexibility, allowing for very quick reconfiguration of the system to accommodate various products, and efficient automation enables the production capacity of the line to flexibly adapt to the constantly increasing demand. [Case Overview] ■ A total of 6 robots: 4 Scara and 2 6-axis robots ■ Shipping dairy products at record speed ■ Managing the secondary packaging process of up to 20,000 cheese units per hour
We will introduce a case of utilizing robots in a large-scale vaccine manufacturing facility in China.

Case Study: Pharmaceuticals - Aseptic Environment: Robot Automation in Vaccine Production
We would like to introduce a case of utilizing robots in a large-scale vaccine manufacturing facility in China. This case represents a groundbreaking success story using our 'TX200 Stericlean' in the biopharmaceutical industry in China. Stäubli China anticipates that other companies will also advance similar automation. Currently, there are 48 vaccine manufacturing companies in China, and more than half of them have adopted processes using cell factories that require the transport and vibration of trays for vaccine production. Please take a look at practical examples of robot utilization, such as the company's transport automation. **Benefits of Vaccine Manufacturing Automation** - Automated cell production reduces investment and production costs. - The number of CO2 incubators is reduced with the installation of robots. - Consumables such as protective clothing for staff and energy consumption for temperature control are also reduced. - Operators do not need to enter the room where vaccines are manufactured. - The risk of contamination is minimized. *For more details, please refer to related products and catalogs, or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Study] Robot Automation in Pot Soup Manufacturing
We would like to introduce a case study involving Chongqing Qiaotou Food, a famous manufacturer of hot pot soup. The manufacturing process is complex, involving pre-treatment, stir-frying, steaming, and cooling. The ingredients are mixed with seasonings and additives, and finally packed into plastic soft bags, resulting in 130 to 400 grams. The company produces these bags in large quantities, and the management, always seeking a higher level of automation, considered further streamlining this packaging process. Therefore, a solution using the "Stäubli TS60 four-axis scara robot" was proposed. As a result, they successfully automated the packaging process of the mass-produced hot pot soup.
