We have developed a displacement sensor control LSI / proximity switch control LSI.
JSDT001 oscillates at several hundred megahertz when connected to a planar coil (spiral coil), and the oscillation frequency changes in response to the positional changes of a conductor facing the planar coil. Since the oscillation frequency is output in serial/paralleled form, it facilitates the digitization of non-contact displacement sensors and proximity switches.
