The temperature control performance achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C through high-speed PID control of the heating lamp volume in relation to the temperature program. ▮ Compatibility with Various Atmospheres All furnaces adopt a vacuum chamber structure, allowing for gas replacement.
