Do you know about the Platinum Reflector? As the name suggests, it is a "platinum reflector." The Platinum Reflector is made by applying a platinum film onto a heat-resistant alloy, and it can be used in an atmosphere of 800°C. While conventional heat-resistant alloy reflectors were limited to a maximum usage of 500°C, by coating the surface with a thin film of platinum, we have achieved high heat resistance of 800°C. **Features of the Platinum Reflector:** 1. **Heat resistance of 800°C for regular use** By using special materials to prevent the reaction of components in the intermediate layer between platinum and heat-resistant metals, heat resistance of 800°C for regular use is achievable. 2. **Cost-effective** By using platinum foil, it becomes cheaper than vapor deposition or plating processes, achieving low costs. 3. **Delicate temperature distribution** It is possible to create a directional effect, making it very effective in producing the desired temperature distribution. 4. **Impact-resistant structure** With the reflective film on the heat-resistant metal, it has a structure that is more resistant to impact compared to conventional reflectors on quartz glass.

★☆★☆ Electric heating elements for industrial furnaces, used in metal heat treatment, electronic components, and chemical industry applications! ☆★☆★
A metal heating element refers to a type of resistance heating element among general heating sources. Electric heating elements for industrial furnaces that include this metal heating element are used in various industries such as metal heat treatment, electronic components, ceramics, and the chemical industry. Our company manufactures electric furnace heaters suitable for temperatures up to 1200°C using iron-chromium-aluminum alloy (FeCrAl), which is a type of metal heating element. The shapes of metal heating elements vary. Here, we introduce some of the products we handle. 1. Round wire coil heating element This is a heating element made by spirally winding round wire. The wire diameter and outer coil diameter are set according to the heater's capacity and temperature. 2. Strip heating element A zigzag circuit is formed by alternately slitting a plate-like material. By adjusting the slit width, we change the resistance value of the heating element, allowing for precise design of heater output. Additionally, we perform concave processing calculated to suppress deformation due to thermal expansion of the heating element. This technology has been developed uniquely by our company.

★☆★☆Heat generation device achieves 1100°C with N2 and 1200°C with Air!☆★☆★
What is a hot air generator? Where is it used? I believe some of you may have such questions. Our hot air generator is electric and takes in air, producing a flow of air at 1000°C with a volume of 1Nm3 from the outlet. As for where hot air generators are used, they are utilized in various applications such as: - Drying processes for workpieces - Heat treatment and thermal processing of workpieces - Heat retention processes for workpieces The development of the N2 1100°C and Air 1200°C models was prompted by requests from our customers. Previously, the maximum temperatures were N2 900°C and Air 1000°C. Within that range, achieving both high temperatures of 1000°C and a large flow rate of 1Nm3 simultaneously was quite rare. However, we received inquiries asking, "Is it possible to achieve 1000°C with N2?" As a result of development efforts by our internal design and technical departments, we were able to achieve N2 1100°C and Air 1200°C by adding optional components to the conventional hot air generator, exceeding our customers' requested temperatures.
With an accurate temperature control function with an error of ±1℃, it achieves the perfect baking for the dough! It utilizes combustion exhaust heat to reduce fuel consumption.

The "Kyoto Small and Medium Enterprises Technology Grand Prize," the most prestigious award given to small and medium-sized enterprises in Kyoto for the development of outstanding new products and technologies by the Kyoto Industrial 21 Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, has been awarded to the Superheated Steam Generation System (UPSS). Developed and commercialized in 2012, the UPSS has steadily increased its sales and has been recognized with this grand prize as a uniquely innovative product that embodies our core technology. Additionally, five individuals who played key roles in the product development of the UPSS—Toru Sonomura from the Production Headquarters, Yukio Tamaoki from the Kyoto Manufacturing Department, Yasuhiro Fujimoto from the U Manufacturing Section of the Kyoto Manufacturing Department, Takashi Kitano from the Development Group, and Masayoshi Kimura—have been selected as outstanding engineers.
