Surface Temperature Comparison Test Under High-Temperature Conditions In the equipment used by the customer, there is a risk of electric leakage when the surface temperature of the heater becomes high. Therefore, the specifications were changed to enhance the heat dissipation effect, and tests were conducted on both old and new heaters under the same conditions to measure and compare the surface temperatures. The results showed that by enhancing the heat dissipation effect, there was a tendency for the surface temperature of the heater to decrease. This time, due to temperature differences depending on the measurement method, it is necessary to consider a new challenge regarding the measurement method in relation to actual furnace measurements, and we are currently working on it.
