Quatron is a high-performance coating made from a blend of highly heat-resistant polyimide and fluororesin. It achieves water and oil repellency comparable to that of fluorine coatings, while surpassing fluororesin in heat resistance and insulation strength. Additionally, Quatron provides very high metal adhesion with just one coat. The film is difficult to apply thickly and is thin, with a thickness of about 20 to 30 μm, making it suitable for products with strict dimensional tolerances.
