From November 12th for three days, we will jointly exhibit at the "5th Sustainable Materials Exhibition -SASUMA- [Tokyo Edition]" at Makuhari Messe, represented by Oji Holdings Corporation, Oji Management Office Corporation, and Oji F-Tex Co., Ltd. This exhibition is a specialized event focusing on sustainable materials (environmentally friendly materials) and their manufacturing and recycling technologies, held within the High-Functionality Materials Week (*). * This is the world's largest exhibition showcasing cutting-edge material technologies such as functional films, plastics, cellulose, carbon fiber composites, metals, and ceramics. New product: Launch of solid resin R-shaped baseboards.
We are pleased to announce the launch of "35R-100PVC," a new R baseboard made from pure resin material. In clean rooms where sterilization is required, the corrosion of metals due to the chemicals used cannot be overlooked. This R baseboard is made of foamed PVC, which is resistant to acids and alkalis, and contains antimicrobial agents, making it safe for use in places that require hygiene management, such as food factories. Additionally, the back of the baseboard has no cavities, making it difficult for insects to pass through. It will be shipped with double-sided tape applied, allowing for easy installation by simply fixing it to the wall with the tape and caulking the top and bottom of the baseboard. Pre-cut pieces for inside and outside corners are also available. It will be available for sale starting December 16, 2013.
