Long-chain RNA synthesis (mRNA contract synthesis service)
We will synthesize your desired long-chain RNA using in vitro transcription methods. This can be used for various applications such as RT-PCR amplification control RNA, gRNA for genome editing, small RNA, mRNA preparation, RNA aptamers, etc. The synthesis will be performed via in vitro transcription using T7 polymerase from template DNA (prepared by PCR from plasmid clones or oligo DNA). After silica column purification, we will confirm purity and yield through absorbance measurement and electrophoresis. 【Details】 ■ Length: 50–120 nt ■ Guaranteed delivery amount: 20 μg ■ Template DNA: Synthetic oligo DNA (no additional cost) ■ Delivery time: 10 business days ■ Length: 121–1500 nt ■ Guaranteed delivery amount: 40 μg ■ Template DNA: Artificial gene synthesis (additional cost) ■ Delivery time: 10 business days (after receipt of template DNA) If you have a plasmid clone to use as a template, that can also be utilized. If you have requests for longer RNA, increased delivery amounts, 5' cap, polyA-tail, etc., please feel free to consult with us.

[New Service] Chip seq Rip seq Analysis
Using NGS, we comprehensively analyze DNA (Chip seq) or RNA (Rip seq) bound to proteins to identify the binding regions of proteins. These analyses allow for a comprehensive examination of epigenetic modifications such as histone modifications and post-transcriptional expression control on a genome-wide scale. We hope this will be useful for your research and development!

Next-generation sequencing analysis case: '16S rRNA amplicon analysis' has been published.
Fasmac Co., Ltd. has published a case study on next-generation sequencing analysis, "16S rRNA amplicon analysis," on the Ipros site. We present our own data from soil samples. This data is the result of analyzing 4 samples from 4 locations, with approximately 100,000 reads obtained for each sample using MiSeq. You can view it from the related products below.
