With the introduction of automated equipment, we have significantly reduced labor costs and achieved very stable quality. Our in-house equipment can handle wire cutting for AWG 30 to AWG 3/0. We can accommodate six types of crimping. Please refer to the attached catalog for confirmation. We have dedicated equipment for cross-section inspection in-house, allowing us to conduct inspections according to customer requests. By implementing cross-section inspections, we can effectively extend the lifespan of harnesses and significantly reduce the occurrence of crimping defects.
