We will launch a new product, a five-purpose corner.
Our company is adding a new corner component to our R baseboard. It is called the "Five-Use Corner." We have developed a new part made from molded ABS resin to improve the end caps shared by the 50R baseboard series: 55H, 100H, and 150H. It has been found that this can also be used as an external corner for the 55H. Additionally, it can be used alone for three-way internal corners without using any baseboard at all. In other words, it has become a five-use corner that can be utilized in five different ways. The Five-Use Corner is available in silver and stainless colors to match the aluminum and stainless specifications of the 50R baseboard. Both are coated on top of ABS resin. Furthermore, we will continue to sell the existing stainless steel end caps for the 50R, so you can choose according to the condition of the installation site or your preference. The release date is December 8, 2010.

New product: Launch of solid resin R-shaped baseboards.
We are pleased to announce the launch of "35R-100PVC," a new R baseboard made from pure resin material. In clean rooms where sterilization is required, the corrosion of metals due to the chemicals used cannot be overlooked. This R baseboard is made of foamed PVC, which is resistant to acids and alkalis, and contains antimicrobial agents, making it safe for use in places that require hygiene management, such as food factories. Additionally, the back of the baseboard has no cavities, making it difficult for insects to pass through. It will be shipped with double-sided tape applied, allowing for easy installation by simply fixing it to the wall with the tape and caulking the top and bottom of the baseboard. Pre-cut pieces for inside and outside corners are also available. It will be available for sale starting December 16, 2013.

New product: Aluminum cart guard launched.
We will be launching the aluminum cart guard "DG-120AL." Its purpose is to protect walls from damage caused by cart collisions. The installation method on the wall is simple: first, securely fasten the base unit to the wall with screws, and then just hook the main cart guard onto the base unit. The standard length is 3 meters. It can also be used in combination with the Sanwise R baseboard series. We have prepared cut pieces for inside corners at a 45° angle. The outside corners are currently in planning. The product will be available starting December 16, 2013.

New product: Aluminum R skirting board 20R series added to the lineup.
In the hygiene management standards of food factories, R-shaped skirting boards with a radius of about 50R are generally recommended for easy cleaning and dust accumulation prevention. However, in narrow spaces such as the sliding door's pull area, there have been cases where larger radius skirting boards cannot be installed. Therefore, we have added the aluminum R skirting board 20R series to our lineup, which can be used in such narrow and limited spaces. We offer two heights: 60mm (20R-60AL) and 100mm (20R-100AL). They are fixed to the wall using double-sided tape. The 20R series can be used alone, of course, but it can also be combined with other aluminum R skirting board series as a supplementary measure for HACCP compliance, allowing for a wide range of applications. It will be available for sale starting January 25, 2012.

Resin-made insulated machine hatch for low-temperature clean rooms

Change the product name from "Detachable Panel" to "Removable Machine Hatch."
The removable wall panel, which has been referred to as a "removable panel," will now be named "removable machine hatch." In architectural terms, a machine hatch generally refers to the entry points for equipment and machinery. Some may associate it with lid-type inspection openings installed in floors or doors and steel shutters used for transporting equipment and machinery on upper floors. However, Sanwise's "removable machine hatch" is designed to be used as a wall under normal circumstances, and when equipment or machinery needs to be transported in or out, it can be removed to create an opening for that purpose. Once the work is completed, it can be used as a wall again, truly embodying the concept of a "removable" "machine hatch." There will be no changes to the specifications or appearance compared to the previous removable panel. The name change will take effect from March 1, 2012.

Changed the outer frame fixing screws of the opening door series.
Traditionally, the screws for fixing the outer frame of hinged doors have been flat-head tapping screws. However, as it has become mainstream to use aluminum cap channels for the substrate of panel openings, we have received feedback that tapping screws, which require a pilot hole, are inconvenient. Therefore, we have decided to change the standard accessory screws for fixing the outer frame of the products listed below to flat-head drill screws. The traditional flat-head tapping screws will still be available. If you prefer those, please inform our sales representative at the time of your order.
