We visited Kaizenmaru Co., Ltd. in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture to deliver the liquid rapid freezing machine "RF-2," and here is the report! The fish in Akashi are said to be delicious because they grow by eating small fish, shrimp, and crabs that gather around abundant plankton stirred up by strong currents in the narrow strait (Akashi Strait) between Awaji Island and Akashi. Kaizenmaru, which operates in such a wonderful environment, also runs fishing boats and restaurants. We delivered the liquid rapid freezing machine "RF-1" to NICONICO CURRY (Kurokawa Kitchen Co., Ltd.) located in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. Kurokawa Kitchen operates NICONICO CURRY as a restaurant specializing in curry and fried chicken. They had three locations, but due to the impact of COVID-19, two of them closed. This prompted them to consider, "If we produce frozen curry, we might be able to reach more people than ever before and bring them more joy with our curry." The most important factor in creating packaged products was "taste." They insisted on "instant freezing" to maintain quality, as they believed that the same flavor as in the restaurant could not be achieved with retort products, and they considered the introduction of the machine.
