Therefore, we proposed an arrangement that collects heat on the bottom side. Additionally, it is possible to adjust the thermal capacity by widening or narrowing the coil winding pitch. ■ Heat Uniformity Testing of Heaters To achieve uniform temperature distribution in heat treatment heaters manufactured for the automotive industry, we are conducting optimization verification tests on the placement of the workpieces, circuit separation, and output adjustments. There are many things that can be realized by making slight improvements while keeping the core intact.
