As a design and mold mass production project (front resin panel, gun pocket), we faced a tight schedule of 1.5 months from the provision of surface data to the delivery of mass production T0 products. Thanks to the seamless collaboration between the design and mold departments, we completed the design in two weeks. After data approval, we simultaneously commenced prototype and pre-production mold work. We evaluated the molded prototypes in just under ten days. Feedback was provided to the pre-production mold, and we proceeded with the molding of T0 products as scheduled. Subsequently, we made several modifications to the pre-production mold and were able to deliver the initial mass production lot.
