Nanocellulose + Polylactic Acid (PLA) composite material

Effects such as improved crystallinity, foaming properties, and biodegradability have been confirmed!

By compounding PLA with nanocellulose (CNF: cellulose nanofiber), improvements in tensile strength, elastic modulus, and flexural strength have been confirmed. Additionally, more detailed observations using an electron microscope have confirmed that compounding nanocellulose with PLA results in a more uniform and smaller distribution of foaming (pores). This product is a certified material by the Japan Biomass Plastic Association for Green PLA and biomass plastics. 【Features】 ■ Improved tensile strength, elastic modulus, and flexural strength ■ Enhanced crystallinity ■ Improved foamability ■ Increased biodegradability ■ 100% natural-derived materials, petroleum 0 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *If you would like a paid sample, please inquire.

Technical Introduction: Casting

Improve thermal conductivity and uniformity! It is also possible to encase ceramics to prevent deformation during high-temperature use.

"Cast molding" is a technique that wraps heater wires and water cooling pipes in molten aluminum. By using molten aluminum for cast molding, the air layer between the aluminum contact points is eliminated, significantly improving thermal conductivity and uniformity. It can be used in a vacuum or at high temperatures (up to 450 degrees). Additionally, it is possible to cast ceramics to prevent deformation during high-temperature use. 【Features】 - With fewer casting defects, it excels in heat transfer and uniformity, providing high reliability of the material and enhancing heater performance. - It is possible to cast heaters with composite materials and anodize, allowing the entire structure to be covered with aluminum. - Usable at high temperatures (up to 450 degrees). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Creating new materials by fusing different types of materials! Introduction to composite material lineup.

"Composite" that fuses different materials to create new materials! Lineup includes "AC-Albolon" and others.

Our company's manufacturing method for metal matrix composites features world-class molten forging technology. We supply "reinforcement materials" with "matrix materials (molten metal)" and perform impregnation and compounding under high pressure. This allows us to impart functions, physical properties, and characteristics that are difficult to achieve with single materials or composites made using other methods. We offer new materials such as "AC-Albolon," which balances the "lightness" of aluminum with the "strength" of cast iron, as well as composite materials like "AC-Alsic," which combines SiC (silicon carbide) and aluminum. 【Features】 ■AC-Albolon - Lightweight comparable to aluminum - Tensile strength, Young's modulus, and thermal expansion coefficient on par with cast iron - Machinable with ultra-hard tools - Suitable for rotating bodies and high-speed drive components due to its lightweight and high strength *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Eco Material A1 (A-One)

A material that is harmless to the human body and does not degrade even in harsh environments. A molding material that solidifies in 30 minutes to 1 hour. The solidification speed and viscosity can be adjusted with additives.

Eco Material A1 (A-One) <Water-based Acrylic Composite Material> is made from original gypsum created from natural minerals and water-based acrylic resin. It is safe, hardens when mixed, does not deteriorate under harsh weather conditions, and serves as an alternative to cement for indoor and outdoor decoration. Simply mix the dedicated water-based liquid and powder, stir for one minute, and pour it in. It does not stick to silicone, so it can be poured directly into molds. For sloped areas, adding a thickening agent allows it to be brushed on. You can mix sand or glass into the liquid up to the same amount as the powder without causing a chemical reaction, allowing you to change the texture to something entirely different. Once cured, it becomes hard and strong with a smooth surface that can be sanded. It expands slightly, making delicate patterns in silicone molds clear. Additionally, dedicated accelerators, retarders, and additives to lower or raise viscosity improve work efficiency. It can also be colored with pigments, painted, or glued. Since it is waterproof, adding reinforcement materials like basalt fiber protects them from the external environment, increasing strength and requiring almost no maintenance, which is why it is used in structures like the pillars of Dutch sluices.
