Using this device (manufactured by Technobis), which has a camera function, we confirmed the timing of the transition between crystal forms and whether we could easily set conditions to recover the desired crystal form. In cases like carbamazepine, where the crystal form transitions rapidly, it is necessary to accurately grasp the timing of crystal generation and the transition of crystal forms in order to obtain the crystal form before the transition. By using the camera function of this device, we can observe the situation inside the vial and easily confirm the desired timing.
