At B.K.T., we have both laser processing machines and water jet cutting machines as our main equipment, allowing us to cut various materials. Water jet cutting machines are particularly effective for cutting thick aluminum plates, as well as copper and titanium, which are difficult to cut with laser processing machines. Our cutting processes utilize different methods depending on the plate thickness and processing requirements, allowing us to cut steel plates ranging from 3.2mm to 150mm into various shapes. Additionally, we accommodate a wide variety of small quantities (from one piece) to meet required sizes. "Gas cutting" involves heating the cutting start point to ignition temperature with a preheating flame, then blowing high-purity oxygen to oxidize and melt the material, and blowing away the resulting oxides to perform the cutting.
