[Quasi-drug field] Vacuum drying freeze-drying (freeze-dry)

Long-term storage without preservatives is possible! If it's freeze-dried, please consult us first!

We offer contract processing of materials (from liquid to solid) using the technology of "vacuum freeze-drying (FD)," which sublimates only the moisture while the material is in a frozen state and dries it in a vacuum. Compared to conventional thermal drying, the residual moisture is extremely low, making it less likely for spoilage due to moisture to occur. Since drying is performed in a vacuum, there is almost no bacterial contamination from air, allowing for long-term storage after drying. Additionally, the areas that evaporate become hollow, resulting in a porous dried product, which has excellent rehydration properties when water is added. 【Features】 ■ Extremely low temperature of “-80°C” during the cold trap cooling process ■ Stabilization of product quality and high rehydration properties by lowering the temperature to “-60°C” during pre-freezing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Fluororesin coating agent for metal blades, simply apply on-site and air dry at room temperature.

Just by applying it to a metal blade, tape and glue will not stick. Easily processed on-site. The transparent thin film does not affect cutting performance. It is durable and easy to reapply.

When you apply FluoroSurf FG-5093 to cutting tools such as Thomson blades, scissors, utility knives, and push-cut blades, these adhesives do not stick during cutting, significantly improving work efficiency. Moreover, this performance is durable, allowing it to maintain its effectiveness over a long period. Additionally, the coating film is transparent and extremely thin, about 10 nanometers, which does not affect the sharpness of the cutting tools. 【Reasons to Choose FluoroSurf FG-5093】 ■ The effect of fluorine makes it difficult for adhesives and tapes to stick. ■ Transparent thin film (at the nanometer level) has minimal impact on appearance. ■ Can be easily applied in our own factory production sites and only requires room temperature drying. ■ When the effect diminishes, simple reapplication restores performance easily. ■ Non-flammable and safe, with low odor. ■ Completely free of regulated PFAS substances such as PFOS, PFOA, and PFHxS. *If you would like a free sample, please include "Sample Request" in your inquiry.

About Far Infrared: Regarding the Heating and Drying of Food

Introduction to quality evaluation after heating and drying!

AMK Co., Ltd. is a company that handles industrial far-infrared heaters, heating devices, and drying equipment. If products like dried shirasu or roasted nori can be processed using drying methods equivalent to industrial products, they can be evaluated through measurements of moisture, fat, protein composition, denaturation, and oxidation levels using measuring instruments. However, in general, the evaluation after heating and drying often presents extremely difficult issues that cannot be scientifically judged. Quality evaluation often relies on comprehensive judgments based on subjective factors such as the product's gloss, color, aroma, appearance, texture, taste, and mouthfeel. Moreover, it can be influenced by changes in the evaluator's physical condition and individual differences. It is almost impossible for far-infrared manufacturers or equipment manufacturers to conduct evaluations, so it may be crucial for the manufacturers planning to implement the equipment to take the lead in this process. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

About Far Infrared: Regarding the Drying of Paint

We will introduce the reasons why drying paint is clearly faster in a far-infrared oven compared to a hot air oven!

AMK Co., Ltd. is a company that handles industrial far-infrared heaters, heating devices, and drying equipment. The drying and curing of melamine paint specifications require heating at 130°C for 3 minutes. However, with convection heating (hot air furnace heating), when the surface comes into direct contact with a 130°C atmosphere, the temperature of the paint surface rises rapidly, causing a film to form and trapping the internal solvent. As the temperature inside the paint rises, phenomena such as foaming and cracking occur due to solvent evaporation. To avoid this, the temperature must be gradually increased to 130°C, allowing solvent evaporation from the entire thickness of the paint film, which takes about 20 minutes until curing is complete. With far-infrared heating, without any setup, for example, in a heater furnace with a surface temperature of 500°C, the painted item reaches 130°C to 150°C in about 3 minutes. Even after removal, the hardness of the paint film and other qualities are often superior to those achieved with hot air heating. Far-infrared heating is very well absorbed by organic materials, allowing a large amount of energy to be absorbed at the paint surface, and the heat transfer to the interior of the paint film occurs almost instantaneously, resulting in the surface and interior of the paint film being nearly the same temperature. As a result, solvents are expelled from the entire paint film, preventing pinholes and cracks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

What is far infrared drying?

Invisible rays emitted from a heat source! Far infrared rays travel straight from the heat source and are converted into heat by being absorbed by dry materials.

On this homepage, we introduce the drying method called "far infrared drying." Our product utilizes far infrared, which is an invisible light emitted from a heat source. If the heat source is not at a sufficiently high temperature, suitable far infrared for drying will not be generated. Additionally, far infrared travels in a straight line from the heat source and is absorbed by the drying material, converting it into heat. This is referred to as radiant heat. It is said that the quality of the dried material improves due to the effects of far infrared, but there are many points that remain scientifically unclear. Please take a look at our homepage. 【Features】 ■ Invisible light emitted from the heat source ■ Suitable far infrared for drying will not be generated unless the heat source is at a sufficiently high temperature ■ Converts to heat by traveling in a straight line and being absorbed by the drying material ■ To be used in a dryer, it can only be directly irradiated onto the drying material from above *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

About Far Infrared: Drying of Small Parts

Introducing a case where various small parts were mixed and fed into a far-infrared drying furnace!

AMK Co., Ltd. is a company that handles industrial far-infrared heaters, heating devices, and drying equipment. Previously, single parts were flowed into the far-infrared drying furnace, but with the shift to small-batch production of various small parts mixed together, we received reports of undercooked and overcooked parts. Upon investigation, it was found that the mixture consisted of parts with diameters of 50 to 10 mm and thicknesses of 10 to 1 mm, which caused differences in heating rates due to variations in material properties (specific heat differences), weight differences, and differences in the area of the light-receiving surface. As a countermeasure, we need to group parts with the same material or group them based on thickness and light-receiving area, and conduct heating tests to adjust either the transport speed or heating temperature. As a result of these measures, while the workload increased, the advantages of far-infrared heating remained superior to other heating methods. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

About Far Infrared: Regarding Moisture Drying

Effective far-infrared heating for moisture drying due to good absorption of water!

AMK Co., Ltd. is a company that handles industrial far-infrared heaters and heating and drying equipment. Far-infrared heating is said to be the excitation of lattice vibrations and molecular vibrations of objects due to the absorption of electromagnetic waves. For drying moisture, radiation wavelengths of 3, 6, and 12 or more are necessary, where vibrations are excited, energy is absorbed, and heat is generated and transmitted. In other words, this forms the theoretical basis for the effectiveness of far-infrared heating. Water actually exists as clusters and has absorption bands when viewed as a polymer substance. Because of its good absorption properties, far-infrared heating is effective for drying moisture. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

Ideal for drying workpieces after ultrasonic cleaning. Instant complete drying with air blow.

Are you making this mistake with the work's drainage?

To those in charge who are struggling with water drainage of workpieces, Are you making these mistakes with water drainage of workpieces? Do you know the real reason why, even when you increase the air blow strength, the water droplets don't get blown away? Do you know the real reason why changing the shape of the air nozzle doesn't help in draining the water? Do you know the real reason why increasing the number of air nozzles doesn't sufficiently drain the water? These are typical mistakes made by companies that use air blow for water drainage and droplet removal from workpieces, resulting in "not being able to sufficiently drain water even with air blow." However, these mistakes are minor compared to the fatal mistake that I am about to share with you. What is that fatal mistake? It is... Focusing on the strength of the air blow and not paying attention to the "quality" of the air. [Continued below] ↓↓↓

Slurry preparation, coating, and drying in a dispersion system of fine particles.

Let's learn about the theory of slurries and their drying to aim for efficiency!! A must-see for researchers in paint, coatings, printing, and other fields!!

**Lecture Summary** Dispersion-based coating films made from fine particles are used in applications such as painting, coating, printing, and the formation of functional thin films, making them important items in the chemical and mechanical industries. However, since most university curricula do not cover the fundamentals of these topics, it is common for practitioners to apply them in product development with unclear theoretical backgrounds through trial and error. This course will provide a clear explanation of the fundamentals of slurry preparation, coating, and drying in dispersion-based coating films, along with control methods, based on the theoretical foundations of rheology and powder engineering, integrated with applied technologies.

What is cold wind drying?

Suitable for materials with weak color changes! It dries by sending cool air below room temperature into the drying room while lowering humidity.

On this homepage, we introduce the drying method known as "cold air drying." Our product sends cold air, below room temperature (ambient temperature), into the drying chamber to reduce humidity while drying. Cold air drying is also referred to as dehumidification drying. Since it does not apply heat, it is suitable for drying items that are sensitive to color changes, but the machinery and initial costs can be quite high. Additionally, the drying time is longer than that of hot air (warm air) drying. Please take a look at our homepage. 【Features】 ■ Sends cold air below room temperature into the drying chamber to reduce humidity while drying ■ Cold air drying is also called dehumidification drying ■ Suitable for items that are sensitive to color changes ■ Machinery and initial costs are expensive ■ Drying time is longer than hot air (warm air) drying *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

What is vacuum drying?

Drying materials that are thick or hard is suitable! The vacuum drying method is widely used for drying wood.

On this homepage, we introduce the drying method known as "vacuum drying." Our product reduces the pressure inside the drying chamber, lowering the sublimation temperature of the moisture contained in the material, and dries it with low-temperature warm air. There are also drying methods that utilize microwaves within vacuum drying. By reducing the pressure, the moisture inside the material diffuses more easily to the surface, making it suitable for thick or hard materials. This vacuum drying method is commonly used for drying wood. The drying time is generally not much different from that of hot air (warm air) dryers. Please take a look at our homepage. 【Features】 ■ Lowers the sublimation temperature of the moisture contained in the material and dries it with low-temperature warm air ■ There are also drying methods that utilize microwaves ■ Suitable for thick or hard materials ■ This vacuum drying method is widely adopted for drying wood ■ The drying time is generally not much different from that of hot air (warm air) dryers *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
