The hose (tube) ends are melted and shaped into a flange configuration to form the joint section, so there is no boundary between the flange and the hose part. The flange maintains the inner diameter of the hose, and the inner surface has a smooth finish. ~Features~ ■ Simple The structure consists only of the molded hose end (flange), a packing, and a bag nut. ■ Integrated molding that maintains the inner diameter of the hose The hose end (flange) is integrally molded with the hose body while maintaining the inner diameter of the hose. ■ Compatible with two-layer hoses It can accommodate multi-layer hoses as it is also molded by melting. ■ Food safety The material of the hose is non-toxic and complies with the Food Sanitation Act (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 20). ■ Easy installation Installation is completed simply by hand-tightening the bag nut.
