Drying and sterilization can be performed while stirring! An alarm will sound when the drying progresses and the product temperature reaches the set temperature.

The device is designed to dry and sterilize food ingredients by mixing them while injecting superheated steam gas into the chamber. Ingredients are fed into the device by opening the upper hatch and using a screw conveyor or other transport mechanism. After processing, the discharge is done by opening the front hatch, and the mixing blades are rotated in the forward direction to allow the materials to exit from the discharge port to the shooter. Achieving temperature increases up to 2,000°C necessary for research! Rapid heating and cooling have accelerated the experimental cycle, creating more flexibility in the schedule.

We would like to introduce a case where the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo, which conducts materials research in the field of nuclear power, has introduced a "high-temperature vacuum and atmosphere furnace." In order to conduct experiments in a new ultra-high-temperature environment, a high-temperature furnace capable of reaching 2,000°C was needed, but there was no equipment within the university that could create such a high-temperature environment. As a result of the introduction, it became possible to conduct experiments in the harsh environment of up to 2,000°C. Additionally, by reducing the waiting time during heating and accelerating the experimental cycle, it ultimately created more flexibility in the schedule. [Case Study of Ultra-High Temperature Vacuum and Atmosphere Furnace] Space-saving at hand

As a result of using a high-temperature furnace capable of reaching up to 2,000℃, impurities were removed through heat treatment, and the crystallinity of carbon nanotubes was improved.

We would like to introduce a case where Shinshu University’s Faculty of Engineering has implemented a "High-Temperature Vacuum and Atmosphere Furnace." We explored a method to enhance the crystallinity of carbon nanotubes by heating them in a vacuum to remove impurities. To carry out this heating process, it was necessary to introduce a new high-temperature furnace.
