Heat treatment under vacuum up to 600 ℃.

The sealed retort furnace adopts direct or indirect heating methods according to the temperature. It is optimal for various heat treatment processes that require a specified inert gas or reactive gas atmosphere. Such compact models can also be applied to heat treatment under vacuum at temperatures up to 600 °C. The furnace chamber is composed of a sealed retort. The door area employs a water-cooling method to protect the special seals. Appropriate safety technologies are implemented for the use of reactive gases such as hydrogen. Additionally, with IDB equipment, debinding or thermal decomposition in an inert gas is possible. Various models listed below are adopted to correspond to the temperature range required by the process. <H2 Type Operating with Combustible Process Gases> Retort furnaces used in applications that utilize combustible process gases like hydrogen are equipped with the necessary safety technologies. Only proven components that have received appropriate certification are used for safety-related sensors. The operation of the furnace is controlled by a PLC control system (S7-300F/safety control) that ensures reliable operation without malfunction.
