Global Corporation has consistently manufactured custom-made electric furnaces tailored to customer specifications since its establishment. We respond to diverse needs across various industries and have numerous delivery achievements. In recent years, we have focused on developing automated heat treatment equipment in collaboration with AGVs (automated guided vehicles) and robots, automating processes from transport, loading, to cooling in hot air circulation drying furnaces. This has achieved improvements in safety, labor reduction, and traceability. We have an internal thermal fluid analysis environment and use 3D modeling to numerically verify temperature distribution and cooling behavior within the furnace. This enables both improved heating accuracy and energy savings, supporting the design of high-quality and highly reliable equipment. The analysis results are reflected in the design, contributing to the stabilization of actual machine performance. Additionally, we are equipped with our own factory and clean room, allowing us to cater to precision and electronic components. Our integrated system from design to manufacturing and inspection enables us to achieve short delivery times, high quality, and flexible specification responses. Our in-house integrated system allows for smooth handling from prototype to mass production. We also provide thorough after-sales support and maintenance after delivery. We will introduce solutions to challenges, including the visualization of analysis models and case studies.
