This device is used for the purpose of continuously heating workpieces in an N2 gas atmosphere. It has a high-precision temperature distribution due to its hot air circulation structure. Additionally, it is equipped with a HEPA filter at the hot air outlet as a dust prevention measure. Improvements over conventional models include enhancements to the furnace structure, improvements to the N2 curtain, better insulation, and heat recovery. As a result, the amount of N2 gas used and the power consumption have been significantly reduced, achieving a 40% reduction in running costs.
