The FLGR gripper for electrode materials is suitable for transporting separators and electrode materials in secondary batteries (lithium-ion batteries). It features a structure that integrates a low vacuum pressure and high suction volume vacuum generator with a porous plate, allowing for gentle suction across the entire workpiece, thereby reducing the load on the workpiece and minimizing deformation and wrinkles. The porous plate material can be selected from low-dust PEEK and POM-AS, which is effective for ESD (electrostatic discharge) measures, and can be provided in any desired size. The exhaust port, which allows for discharge outside the working environment, can be oriented in either a vertical or horizontal direction for easy handling.
