HEATWELL's film heater is silicone-free.
It is silicone-free. Excluding the lead extraction part, it has a very thin thickness of less than 0.3mm. Various shape processing such as drilling can be done. It allows for flexible heat distribution design, such as adding partial strengths or making the surface uniform.
The deposit issue of the vacuum device is resolved with this!
Easy to install and remove. Continuous use heat resistance temperature of 200°C (heater surface temperature). Heat is also transmitted to the clamp. The internal circuit is connected in parallel, allowing for flexible adjustment of the number of heaters. UL certified materials can be used.
