Press-fitting the differential ring gear without heating can cause burrs and scratches, so heating it to about 100°C allows for smooth press-fitting. The heating device for the differential ring gear uses a 20 kW, 35 kHz induction heating power supply for approximately 3 kg of differential ring, and can heat it to the shrink-fit temperature in about 10 seconds. This Gemidis is a dispenser developed by the Saes Group for sealing mercury into fluorescent lamps. By applying high-frequency heating to this Gemidis, it becomes possible to seal a precise amount of mercury into the fluorescent lamps. The Minamata Convention on Mercury, adopted and signed in October 2013, will lead to increasingly strict regulations on the amount of mercury sealed in fluorescent lamps worldwide starting in 2020. The "microwave heating device" allows fish meat, meat paste, and other raw materials to be placed in a hopper and continuously heated instantaneously as they pass through the device via a pump. While passing through the molding machine inside the device, the materials are heated to the molding temperature (approximately 70°C) by microwaves, allowing them to be shaped according to the cross-sectional shape of the molding machine. The extruded products pass through a discharge conveyor and are sent to subsequent processes such as cutting. The microwave output and pump speed can be adjusted as needed, enabling temperature settings for the heated materials and adjustments to production volume in accordance with the upstream and downstream lines. The processing capacity is influenced by conditions such as initial temperature, heating temperature, and the properties of the materials being processed. There is also a conveyor type, where the materials are instantaneously heated while passing through the microwave heating cavity on a belt conveyor. The microwave output and conveyor speed can be adjusted as needed, allowing for temperature settings for the heated materials and adjustments to production volume in accordance with the upstream and downstream lines. IH-type low-floor heater

When current flows through the induction heating coil under the plate, magnetic field lines are generated, and it is this magnetic field that heats the pot itself. Since induction heating directly heats the pot, there is almost no energy loss, making it highly cost-effective in terms of fuel efficiency (for boiling 20 liters of water under the same conditions: Daihan IH cooker 48.7 yen, time taken 12 minutes; gas flame 86.5 yen, 17 minutes). Furthermore, it does not use dangerous and troublesome open flames, resulting in less air pollution and excess heat, allowing heating and cooling systems to operate very efficiently, thereby keeping air conditioning costs low. Additionally, it saves on overall initial costs due to lighter duct and air conditioning equipment, as well as ongoing running costs such as water bills (which can be reduced by nearly 40% due to dry factory operations). With easy control via an electronic control panel, it significantly reduces the number of workers needed, achieving savings in labor costs as well.
