This is a current-voltage characteristic measurement device for integrated solar cells. The integrated solar cell panel surface is irradiated with line light while moving in steps, and the current-voltage characteristics are measured by dividing the receiving surface into strips at each step. Based on the characteristic information obtained from the measurement values within the panel surface, the uniformity of performance and local defects are inspected and diagnosed. Features: 1.
