Introducing a case where the amount of protrusion can also be adjusted by stacking the receiving jigs!
Here is a case study regarding a receiving jig for a three-jaw chuck.
We were constantly searching for something to support the product underneath. When nothing was available, we would fix it only with the chuck, which resulted in weak holding force in the Z direction, sometimes causing movement.
Therefore, we created a receiving jig for the three-jaw chuck. This allowed for secure fixation, and by stacking items, we could also adjust the protrusion amount.
